We aren't in N.C. anymore

The Starbucks at International Mall today was out of soy milk. There were no offers extended. Unlike N.C. where Starbucks employees feel the need to make sure you leave their establishment with a good feeling, Tampa has no such problems. They know you will be back and they don't care.

If you'll remember, dear, most of the people in NC also did not talk on the phone, smoke, watch DVD's, smack their kids, and put on their makeup while driving. Although we are way South of NC in terms of latitude, we may as well be in [well, I'm not going to offend any particular state - you fill in the blank ____] in terms of attitude. (BTW, I really didn't intend that, but I am going to remember it for next year's Talk Like the Scarlet Pimpernel day)
